A friend once called me a TV sommelier and I have never forgotten it. Nor will I let anyone else forget it because I fell in love with the title.

I have that special touch knowing what shows people will like based on their tastes (also what makes me known as the “Gift Whisperer” another a title I cherish.)

I watch an obscene amount of TV so when I describe Claws as “If Riverdale grew up, moved to Florida and developed a benzo problem” you should trust me.

Or when I develop fan theories like Tina Belcher being the origin story of Tess McGill from Working Girl. But that’s an obvious progression.

Just like how Snowpiercer is the sequel to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (seriously, just think about it. The tiny bodies necessary to make the train work? All the weird food? The costumes? Tilda Swinton in general?)

I enjoy putting my addiction to good use, spreading good cheer or pointing out what might have been missed. I watch everything so you don’t have to. I take that bullet for you, internet stranger. I am the hero you need AND deserve. Like Wonder Woman with a TV clicker.
